Carlos S over at the EuroBricks Forums has just posted the very first image of the new 71006 The Simpsons House. This is the very first time we ever get of an official LEGO The Simpsons set image.
Based on what we can see on the image, the set will include a total of 6 different minifigures: Homer, Lisa, Bart, Maggie, Marge and Ned Flanders. I must say that I am quite unpleased with how the minifigure look. They don’t seem to resemble at all the classic LEGO minifig.
Along with those minifigures we also get Homer’s car, a BBQ, a skateboard ramp and a wheelbarrow. Unlucky, we still don’t have an image of the interior of the set but from what we can see on the top right hand corner this house will include a lot of playability features. This house actually reminds me of the LEGO Creator modular sets. It is quite a big and complete LEGO play set.
We yet have no word on the official release date for this set nor do we have the price for it. Once we get ahold of that information I will make sure to inform you as soon as possible. For now, let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
